Here’s a little bit about the upcoming full-frame mirrorless Sony A9:
- Dual XQD Card Slots
- Unlimited RAW Buffer
XQD cards were announced back in 2010, offering capacity over 2TB and writing speeds faster than 1GB/s. Despite their amazing performance compared to CF, they’re still far from being popular, but it’s surely going to change in the next few years.
Unlimited RAW buffer size, meaning the A9 won’t stop at all while you’re shooting in burst mode!
The size is also said to be more DSLR-like, but with no more information or any release date, we’ll just have to wait for more.
